Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program is a fitness assessment that objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. This aids us in accurately tracking your progress from the beginning.  Our fitness assessment combines many different methods so that we can create a program to fit your personal fitness needs and goals.

The fitness assessment measures:
Body fat
BMI (Body Mass Index)
Physical endurance
Muscle strength
Blood pressure
Target Heart Rate

Strength Training
We will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. We ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring.  We will work with you to achieve maximum results, combining weights, circuit training, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking your results. To maximize your progress, We will continually monitor and adjust your program to fit your constantly changing needs.

Nutrition Coaching
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating that is easy to follow and doesn’t make you feel completely deprived of the foods you love.  Many fitness organizations will tell you that food is NOT for recreation, but we beg to differ; rigid diets don’t work. WE ADVOCATE A ‘LIVE-IT’ versus DIET mantra!!!    Food can be one of the great little joys of life, but we will help you to change your attitude about it, learn some basic information about food labels, portion control, and to make small changes every day to create an eating plan that you can live with for life.

Ongoing Training and Support
We will show you techniques to improve your strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.

*****A Special Note to the Ladies
Many women think that training with weights will give them big bulky muscles like female bodybuilders on TV.  This couldn’t be further from the truth.  Many celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Kelly Ripa train with weights regularly to keep their fabulous shapes. Our training techniques for women ensure that you tone up, not bulk up.
