Return Policy

We’re happy to offer a 45-day risk-free return policy from the date of purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the product, simply contact us, and we will guide you through the return process.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Please reach out via our Contact Page or email us directly at info@fitprogress.com. Please include “Return” in the subject line to expedite the process.


2. Return Instructions: Once we’ve received your inquiry, we will provide further details on how to send your item back.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund, we offer a full refund within 45 days of purchase, as long as the product is returned in its original, unused condition.

2. Return the Item: Once your return is processed, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.


3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
