The FitRod (Steel) is a heavy-duty training bar built for durability and strength. Made from a solid steel pipe with a matte black anti-rust static spray coating, it provides excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, and intense training conditions.
Weighing 1 kg (2.2 lb), it offers the perfect balance between portability and strength while supporting a maximum load of over 200 kg (440+ lb), making it ideal for bodyweight and resistance training.
