FitLoop on gymnastic rings is a convenient and fast way to utilize resistance bands for progressing in achieving the back lever.
Start by choosing one of the three resistance bands with different levels of intensity to gradually progress while maintaining proper form.
Wrap the FitLoop around both gymnastic rings and begin with the first progression, the tucked back lever, using the FitLoop under the knees area. The second progression involves combining the tucked version with straight legs.
