1.Begin with the tuck position, leaning back and forward to build momentum, balance, and compression while working on triceps strength.

2.Progress to lifting one leg alternately until you build enough strength to hold both legs up.

3.Elevate both legs and stretch into the Straddle position, further improving your core strength and flexibility.
